•Any person who owes a duty of confidentiality to the Vendor, CCA or any Group Member, including
accountants, auditors, legal advisers and other professional advisers;
•Any selected companies, content providers and service providers for the purpose of providing you with
information and services which the Vendor and/or CCA believe(s) will be of interest to you (but only if
you consent to direct marketing).
Your personal data may be transferred in or out of Hong Kong to any of the above-mentioned persons. By
providing your personal data to the Vendor and/or CCA, you consent to transferring your personal data
outside Hong Kong.
